There are several city- owned parking structures with Free Parking on Sundays in Boulder:

16th Street and Pearl Street (enter from 16th Street) – accessible if you are coming from 28th and Pearl or from Foothills Highway

How to get to the Festival

From south of Boulder:  Take the Boulder Turnpike (US 36) north to Boulder. The turnpike becomes 28th Street. Proceed to Pearl Street and turn left. Drive 13 blocks west to the Pearl Street Mall.
From Golden/southwest/west: Take Highway 93 north to Boulder.  Proceed to Pearl Street.
