The March Planning Meeting for the 2010 Festival is on Monday night, March 1. Meetings are 6 to 8 pm and this one is at a private home. OK to brown bag dinner, we bring dessert. At the March meeting we will be working on the entertainment schedule, publicity and volunteer recruitment, as well as seeing a demo of the new online booth registration system. If you would like to be part of the committee, please let us know by emailing mail@boulderjewishfestival.org.
For organizations and artists: the new online booth registration system is for you! Participation in the Boulder Jewish Festival is by invitation. Those invitations will be sent as soon as the new system is live (soon, really!). The deadline for registration is April 9.
For food vendors: Rick will be in touch in the next few weeks to get you set up for this year. If you haven’t participated in the past but would like to discuss a food booth this year, email us with a proposal: mail@boulderjewishfestival.org.
For businesses: sponsorships are available for the 2010 Festival. It’s a great way to get your business name in front of a targeted audience and one of the largest summer events on the Pearl Street Mall. Let’s talk!
For volunteers: it’s not too early to start thinking about day of event volunteering! If you are on meetup.com, check out our new Meetup group.
Remember, the Boulder Jewish Festival is Sunday, June 6, 2010! That’s just a little over 3 months away – wow!
Whew! That was a quick month! The February Planning Meeting for the 2010 Festival is on Monday night, February 1. Meetings are 6 to 8 pm at the Boulder JCC.
